Compensation Overview

The hourly salary range for this position is a nationwide market range, reflecting a broad spectrum of salaries for this role across the country. The actual hourly rate will be determined by factors such as the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the candidate's skills, education, training, credentials, and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, employees are eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards as part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program.

What Is the Opportunity?

The Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) internship is designed to attract and develop self-motivated individuals who are passionate about a career in Finance and Accounting. As a FLDP intern, you will gain real-world experience in Accounting and Finance, as well as a robust learning and development curriculum. You will have the opportunity to interact and network with peers, teams, and leadership, and participate in company-wide events such as the Intern Symposium and community outreach events.

What Will You Do?
  • You will be assigned to a specific area within Finance, such as Accounting, Controllership, Auditing and Controls, Business Intelligence and Analytics, Financial Planning and Analysis, or Financial Reporting and Modeling.
  • You will work on real-world projects and tasks, applying your skills and knowledge to drive business results.
  • You will have the opportunity to develop your analytical and critical thinking skills, as well as your ability to work effectively in a team environment.
What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?
  • A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or greater.
  • Eligibility for full-time hire within 1 year of completion of the internship.
  • A willingness to relocate to Hartford, CT or St. Paul, MN, preferred.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify problems and opportunities, analyze data, and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • A strong work ethic, with a drive to deliver high-quality results and a willingness to learn and grow.
What Is a Must Have?
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a business-related field, with plans to graduate within 1 year of internship.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future.
