Chief Medical Officer

Community Health Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced physician to serve as its Chief Medical Officer. This leadership role will provide clinical guidance to CHS provider staff, develop strategic goals, and ensure high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership to CHS provider staff
- Develop and implement clinical strategic goals
- Ensure delivery of high-quality patient care
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve strategic priorities
- Graduate of an accredited medical school
- Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or related area
- At least 7 years' experience as a practicing clinician, including 5 years' of director or senior level leadership experience
- Licensure to practice medicine in the State of Connecticut
