Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team at Curia. This role requires exceptional organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a similar administrative role, with proficiency in word processing software, spreadsheet software, and database software.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to senior executives, including scheduling appointments, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing expense reports.

You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, responding to correspondence, and performing other administrative tasks as needed.

This is a $60,000 - $80,000 per year opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. If you are a detail-oriented and organized individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
