ROLE SUMMARY

The Program Supervisor is responsible for overseeing administrative functions and providing staff leadership, including both individual and group case consultations. This role involves coordinating client care across various disciplines and delivering direct services to clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the Program Manager in daily operations, ensuring staff productivity and compliance with client records.
  • Coordinate client services and case management, collaborating with treatment teams to address clients' basic needs and manage symptoms effectively.
  • Design, assess, and implement treatment objectives and plans in partnership with the treatment team.
  • Deliver direct client care while maintaining accurate and timely documentation, meeting the required billable service standards.
  • Manage shifts and collaborate with staff as directed by the Program Manager.
  • Facilitate client placements, including necessary pre-placement visits and transportation arrangements.
  • Provide on-call support as part of the shift coverage team.
  • Offer field-based services as dictated by program requirements and client needs.
  • Uphold client confidentiality at all times.
  • Engage in scheduled program meetings and contribute to team discussions.
  • Perform additional relevant duties as assigned.
  • Lead the clinical team in alignment with care standards and organizational regulations, in consultation with the Program Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A Master's degree in a behavioral science field and a valid/current BBS registration or license (MFT, LCSW, LPCC) are required.
  • A valid driver's license and current auto insurance are mandatory.
  • Experience in providing mental health and/or substance use disorder services is preferred.
  • Understanding of cultural competency is essential.
  • Bilingual candidates are preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHR software is advantageous.
