Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Superintendent with substantial experience in the construction industry, particularly in K-12 projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of running jobs from cradle to grave and possess strong leadership and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily field operations to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met
  • Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and trades to maintain project schedules and quality standards
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Conduct regular site inspections and maintaining detailed reports
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to address and resolve any issues promptly
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry
  • Experience with new construction projects $20M+
  • Proven track record of running jobs from cradle to grave
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Mastery of reading construction drawings
  • Proficiency in PlanGrid, Ranken, and Bluebeam highly preferred
