Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Electrical Project Manager to join our team at Jobot. This role is essential for the successful execution of our electrical projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Compensation:
Salary range: $90,000 - $150,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all phases of electrical projects, including design, planning, scheduling, and execution.
  • Prepare comprehensive project cost estimates and proposals, leveraging expertise in electrical systems.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project specifications are met and potential challenges are proactively addressed.
  • Monitor project timelines and budgets, making necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion.
  • Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors and subcontractors, negotiating contracts for optimal terms.
  • Provide regular updates on project status to senior management.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in electrical systems and project management.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical project management within the commercial sector.
  • Strong proficiency in electrical systems and relevant codes.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines.
