Job Overview

We're seeking a seasoned Sales Director to join our Sales & Marketing team, responsible for managing, coaching, and training a group of Human Capital Management Account Executives. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll play a critical role in driving sales growth, strengthening client relationships, and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team, focusing on sales strategy, coaching, and training to maximize sales potential.
  • Develop and execute sales plans, forecasts, and budgets to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify sales opportunities, develop solutions, and drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor sales performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to team members.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven sales leadership experience, with a track record of driving sales growth and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong understanding of the HR and payroll software market, with experience in sales management and leadership.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop data-driven sales strategies.
