Customer Experience Specialist

LifeNet Health is seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Client Services department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our internal and external customers, partners, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and manage customer orders for allograft tissue, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Provide technical support and answer product inquiries, billing questions, and procedures for clients.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to ensure seamless communication with clients.
  • Rotate on-call responsibilities for after-hours orders and customer service issues.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Two years of customer service experience in a call center, customer service department, or allied health organization.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with professionals at all levels.
  • Attention to detail and ability to perform tasks thoroughly and accurately.
  • Time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage workload effectively.

Salary: $16.83-$22.44 hourly, depending on location and qualifications.
