About the Role:

As a Client Account Representative at ProSol, you will be a key member of our customer-facing team, responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients. Your primary objective will be to greet, qualify, recommend, and close customer interactions, ensuring a positive experience for each customer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately complete, send, and file product and service order forms in accordance with our privacy and confidentiality guidelines.
  • Evaluate our current onboarding and training procedures to identify areas for improvement and suggest enhancements to the customer relationship.
  • Work collaboratively with fellow team members to set achievable customer outreach and acquisition targets.
  • Adhere to all CDC and local mandates while interacting with customers, prioritizing their safety and well-being.
  • Embody our company values and exemplify them through every interaction with customers, colleagues, and clients.

Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service, sales, or client-facing position, with a strong track record of excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A proven ability to take pride in your work, give 100% effort, and approach challenges with enthusiasm.
  • A sense of humor and the ability to find joy in the moment.
  • A commitment to making a positive impact, whether through individual customer interactions or team-based initiatives.
