Key ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement:
· Possess in-depth knowledge of all services and products to effectively communicate with clients.
· Demonstrate business acumen to suggest service enhancements and discuss retail offerings.
· Warmly greet and host every client.
· Strive to meet and exceed client expectations.
Maintain Cleanliness:
· Oversee the flow of the MiniLuxe clean lab, adhering to COVID safety protocols.
· Ensure the organization of the studio.
Service Floor Management:
· Monitor all areas of the service floor to guarantee timely service and client engagement.
· Contact clients in accordance with the late policy.
· Accurately schedule appointments.
Revenue Generation:
· Educate clients on polish options, service upgrades, loyalty programs, memberships, and retail products.
· Optimize bookings for maximum client intake.
· Encourage clients to re-book or schedule recurring appointments.
· Enhance the efficiency of the booking system.
· A genuine passion for beauty.
· Ability to deliver an exceptional client experience in a premium brand setting.
· Operational excellence through precise and effective appointment scheduling.
· Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Proficient in using computer systems.
The physical demands outlined here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this role.
· Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
· Regularly required to stand for extended periods (i.e., 8-hour shifts, excluding breaks).
