Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Specialist to join our team at ICF. As a key member of our facilities department, you will provide exceptional support to our staff and visitors, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the reception area, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and directing mail and packages.
  • Provide administrative support to the facilities team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
  • Assist with mail services, including sorting, distributing, and tracking mail and packages.
  • Support facilities-related tasks, such as setting up meetings, ordering supplies, and maintaining the office environment.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.
Requirements
  • High school degree or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of experience in an office setting, preferably in a facilities or administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
