Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Office Manager to join our team at 360 Orthodontics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all administrative functions, including reception and dental assisting specialists.
  • Develop and implement office procedures and practices that align with company standards.
  • Lead the team by example and ensure exceptional patient service.
  • Coordinate daily operations to increase productivity and efficiency.
  • Respond to patient and operational issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Supervise administrative employees and work closely with corporate resources.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and culture.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or relevant certification required.
  • Minimum 2 years' dental administration experience preferred.
  • Exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Dedicated to delivering excellent customer service.
  • Must be friendly, professional, and highly organized.
  • Solid understanding of dental billing and insurance procedures a plus.
  • Willingness to train in our Westwood office.
