Position Overview
The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for expanding LG's market presence within designated accounts in a specified region. The goal is to meet or surpass sales targets by engaging with both existing and potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance LG's market share within assigned accounts
- Formulate initial business plans to establish revenue and unit targets, along with specific product category goals, and review these plans with the Director of Sales
- Contribute to the design and execution of the go-to-market strategy, including regular tracking and reporting
- Ensure forecast accuracy and collaborate with Product Management
- Oversee channel and inventory levels for optimal performance
- Coordinate with internal teams to maximize marketing investments and initiatives for brand growth
- Handle administrative responsibilities with assistance from the Inside Sales team
Qualifications:
- GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of sales experience (or equivalent) with a proven record of success
- Exceptional relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Strong business insight and leadership in sales, marketing, operations, finance, and account profitability
