Compensation: $50,000+/year

The Subrogation Specialist plays a crucial role in the investigation, negotiation, and recovery of claims while ensuring compliance with statutory limitations and client guidelines. Key Qualifications

  • Experience in subrogation or liability is preferred.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to provide outstanding service to both internal and external clients.
  • Strong investigative and organizational capabilities.
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Skilled in negotiating repair disputes and liability issues.
  • Highly driven, proactive, and a team-oriented individual.
  • Demonstrates reliability, punctuality, and excellent attendance.

Main Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough investigations of claim details to optimize recovery opportunities and identify potential sources for recovery.
  • Initiate reimbursement requests and negotiate settlements effectively.
  • Provide comprehensive recommendations for next steps on complex claims.
  • Adhere to departmental policies regarding the recovery process and follow client directives in line with state regulations.
  • Achieve or surpass both individual and team recovery performance targets.

Work Schedule Options (Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM)

  • Traditional schedule with all hours worked from our corporate office.
  • Fully remote with 1-2 quarterly visits to the corporate office.
  • Flexible work schedule combining remote work with some hours at the corporate office.
