Job Summary
Balance, LLC is seeking a Construction Project Administrator/Inside Sales Representative for our Supplementing team in Indianapolis, IN. Our supplementing team manages construction job files in the property space nationwide. We are committed to hiring experienced, professional, career-oriented Construction Project Administrator/Inside Sales Representatives who are looking for a collaborative team environment and an exceptionally strong culture that recognizes quality work.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage administrative work for construction projects of varying scope/complexity across the United States.
- Review estimates provided by the estimating department and client documentation to ensure the full scope of the project is included in the Xactimate Estimate and provide compliant administrative feedback and notes to contractors and others interacting with the file in all forms of communication.
- Daily use and monitoring of projects within Outlook, Hubspot, Dropbox, Xactimate, and various other company software/platforms.
- Enter all data and communications with adjusters and contractors into CRM.
- Meet company/department-generated revenue quotas on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Work with insurance companies to reconcile differences with estimates for construction projects related to/resulting from storm damage or other insurance-related losses.
- Collaborate with the Account Management and Support departments to set proper expectations for our clients throughout the construction job file administration process.
Requirements and Skills
- Insurance Restoration Industry experience is preferred but not required.
- Construction Industry experience is preferred but not required.
- Inside or outside phone sales experience is preferred but not required.
