$66, $91,000.00
POSITION SUMMARY:
Engage with and assess credit union members to identify the most suitable financial products to achieve their long-term financial aspirations.
Provide training to branch personnel to assist them in recognizing qualified referrals. Collaborate closely with branch leadership to formulate business strategies that support the investment objectives established for the branches.
ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS:
Identify and analyze member requirements for investment services, evaluate the member's objectives and goals, and create comprehensive financial plans.
Adhere to all regulatory mandates established by FINRA, SEC, and the California Department of Insurance.
Must remain updated on WFS written supervisory protocols and compliance communications.
Required to collaborate closely with RMSR's/ MSRIII's to enhance their product knowledge; and to assist them in achieving or surpassing their monthly referral and production targets.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in investment sales.
COMPUTER SKILLS:
Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Required FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 or 66, and California Department of Insurance Life and Disability.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages, and to interpret graphical data.
