Position Overview:

In the role of Senior Commercial Roofing Estimator, you will be instrumental in assessing and preparing detailed cost evaluations for commercial roofing projects. Your expertise will ensure the continued delivery of superior service and value to clients. This position demands a solid understanding of roofing systems, materials, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough site evaluations and assessments.
  • Create precise and detailed cost estimates for roofing projects.
  • Review blueprints, specifications, and other relevant project documents.
  • Collaborate with clients, project managers, and subcontractors to gather essential information.
  • Prepare and present proposals and cost estimates to clients.
  • Ensure estimates comply with company standards and project specifications.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, materials, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a commercial roofing estimator.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and construction methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in estimation software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
