Position Summary:
Develop and implement a strategy for selling preventive roof maintenance, restoration coating systems, and new roof penetrations on commercial/industrial buildings. Provide leadership updates towards maximizing profitability and growth while focusing on exceptional customer development skills and establishing long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze blueprints and prepare material quotes
  • Compute cost factors and prepare estimates
  • Consult with subcontractors and vendors
  • Organize cost estimating database
  • Estimate prices for change orders

Requirements:

  • 5 years of estimating experience in commercial roofing
  • Demonstrated skills in Microsoft Office suite software
