Position Overview:
In the role of Senior Commercial Roofing Estimator, you will be instrumental in assessing and formulating detailed cost estimates for various commercial roofing projects. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining the high standards of service and value that clients expect. This position demands a comprehensive understanding of roofing systems, materials, and project management principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough site evaluations and assessments.
- Create precise and detailed cost estimates for roofing projects.

- Work collaboratively with clients, project managers, and subcontractors to gather essential information.
- Prepare and deliver proposals and cost estimates to clients.

- Demonstrated experience as a commercial roofing estimator.
