We are seeking a Patient Service Representative (PSR) to enhance our commitment to delivering exceptional OB/GYN services. The PSR will play a crucial role in our practice, which operates multiple offices, by ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Professionally manage incoming calls, ensuring messages are retrieved and routed effectively.
  • Welcome patients and visitors, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Communicate financial obligations to patients and manage copay collections.
  • Handle registration processes for both new and returning patients.
  • Schedule appointments in accordance with established protocols and finalize daily patient schedules.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding patient information.
  • Comply with safety and infection control standards, adhering to HIPAA regulations.
  • Offer assistance at various care centers as required.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
