About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Compliance: Ensure that all banking operations are conducted in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate the branch Teller staff to increase profitability, growth, and productivity.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3 years or retail banking experience, with previous supervisory experience or documented supervisory training.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, advanced communication and interpersonal skills, and good computer skills.
