As a key member of the Young Adult Initiative team, the Administrative Director, Korean-American Church Liaison will play a critical role in supporting the execution of the initiative\'s vision and strategy. This position will work closely with the Creative Director and other Administrative Directors to conduct research, create educational experiences and materials, and promote the work of the Young Adult Initiative to help congregations attract, disciple, retain, and mobilize young adults and young adult ministers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Creative Director and other Administrative Directors to determine initiative priorities, scope, and direction.
  • Execute and administer those priorities, ensuring goals are met.
  • Design and conduct sound research, developing relationships with and conducting research within Korean-American churches.
  • Design and produce educational content, including a podcast, blog posts, social media presence, and webinars.
  • Create and execute an annual YAI conference.
  • Based on research findings, produce a playbook that congregations can use to better attract, disciple, retain, and mobilize young adults and young adult ministers.
  • Take on other tasks as needed to support the Young Adult Initiative.

Requirements:

  • Master\'s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with administrative oversight and support.
  • Strong team and management skills.
  • Business interpersonal skills; emotional intelligence skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent time and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with young adults and/or young adult ministers.
  • Experience conducting sound research.
