Job Title: Registered Client Service Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Registered Client Service Associate to support Financial Advisors and senior-level management. The successful candidate will provide exceptional sales and administrative support to customers and Financial Advisors, maintaining client account information and assisting with special projects as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide sales and administrative support to customers and Financial Advisors
  • Maintain client account information and assist Financial Advisors with special projects
  • Coordinate and prepare for client review meetings and set up new accounts
  • Organize and maintain calendar and meeting schedule
  • Process invoices, check requests, and expense reports
  • Research and arrange detailed travel plans
  • Interact with customers both in person and on the phone
  • Prepare correspondence, presentations, and reports
  • Follow up on deadline-driven tasks and issues
  • Answer phones and take detailed, accurate messages
  • Maintain files and documents
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
  • FINRA Series 7 license required
  • 3+ years broker/dealer sales support experience preferred
