Senior ServiceNow Development Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Development Manager to lead our ServiceNow development efforts. This is a challenging opportunity to work on complex IT asset management systems using the ServiceNow platform.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers in designing and implementing new features and enhancements, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of developers in designing and implementing new features and enhancements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop technical solutions
- Develop and maintain complex ServiceNow applications and integrations
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration
- Strong background in ITAM engineering and ServiceNow platform management
- Experience with hybrid development (3 days on, 2 days off)
- Coding/enhancement experience in ITOM
- Familiarity with AWS/Azure/GCP and JavaScript
