\About the Role\We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Lead Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in software development and experience with the ServiceNow platform. As a lead developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing next-generation Service Management policies, processes, and solutions.
\Key Responsibilities\- Contribute to the ServiceNow platform roadmap and strategy
- Develop and maintain the ServiceNow platform in alignment with the strategy
- Enforce platform engineering and development standards
- Review and evaluate demand for fit and alignment to products and identify complex features requiring additional due diligence
- Provide input to and sign off on solution design for complex features
- Manage ServiceNow code quality control processes and routines
- Lead and mentor a team of developers assigned to specific ServiceNow products
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and engineering
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification, product micro certifications
- Proven experience as a lead engineer in highly regulated environments
- Experience in ServiceNow cloud platforms
- Experience designing and implementing ServiceNow products, supporting software engineering, maximizing data processing systems, building cloud-compatible services, and operating within an enterprise IT lifecycle
