Job Summary:
TEPHRA is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Professional to join our team. As a Senior ServiceNow Professional, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and guidance to our ServiceNow resources. You will develop and administer technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to satisfy business needs of the IT department and beyond.

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to work with a leading company and contribute to its growth. The ideal candidate will have 12-15 years of experience in administration/implementation/configuration of an ITSM solution in medium to large organizations. They should also have 5-8 years of experience in administration/implementation/configuration of ServiceNow in areas such as ITxM (ITSM, ITAM, ITOM), CSM, SPO, and Scoped Application solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide necessary guidance to ServiceNow resources on implementation, integration, data transfer, support, and development
- Develop/administer technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to satisfy business needs of the IT department and beyond
- Guide the team in having the right level of details in design artifacts
- Review the design and code to ensure it aligns to customer expectations and follows industry standards

Requirements:
- 12-15 years of experience in administration/implementation/configuration of an ITSM solution in medium to large organizations
- 5-8 years of experience in administration/implementation/configuration of ServiceNow in areas such as ITxM (ITSM, ITAM, ITOM), CSM, SPO, and Scoped Application solutions
- Strong customer service and excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Excellent attention to details, ability to multitask, and effective time management skills
