Role Overview
The Care Coordinator - Medication Management Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring the highest level of care and safety for our residents. This position requires a high degree of attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments in a safe and organized manner
- Document medication administration and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with the Resident Care Director (RCD) and Wellness Nurse to ensure seamless medication management
- Maintain confidentiality of resident information and adhere to strict protocols for handling sensitive data
- Participate in daily cross-over meetings and contribute to the development of individualized care plans
- Stay up-to-date with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and quality care

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; certifications and ongoing training may be necessary depending on state or provincial regulations
- Previous experience working with seniors preferred; willingness to learn and grow with our team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with residents, families, and colleagues
- Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
- Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations; effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
