In the role of Clinic Operations Supervisor, you will:

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily operational activities of the clinic.
- Oversee the administration of business, financial, and clinical functions of the practice.


- Foster the development and maintenance of relationships with physicians and the community to enhance service delivery.


- Promote personal accountability and guide staff to take responsibility for achieving established goals and objectives, as well as upholding our mission and core values.


- Assume overall responsibility for clinic operations and community initiatives, ensuring quality patient care is delivered efficiently while enhancing the safety and quality of care.


Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a physician practice.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience is strongly preferred.
- High School diploma or GED is required.
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Sedentary work involving prolonged periods of sitting and the ability to exert up to 10 lbs of force occasionally.
