Your Role
As an Operations and Sales Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in steering our high-volume operations. Your leadership will be vital in achieving and surpassing financial and operational objectives. We are looking for a genuine people manager with extensive experience in recruiting, training, and overseeing staff.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage scheduling of subcontractors and oversee inventory and fleet operations.
- Ensure safety protocols are adhered to within the workplace.
- Foster a culture of customer service excellence and lead by example.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in team leadership and achieving challenging operational and sales goals.
- Familiarity with subcontractor management is advantageous.
- Strong background in safety management, including OSHA compliance and safety training documentation.
- Experience in inventory and fleet management.
- Understanding of financial statements, including GL and/or P&L.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
