About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Early Childhood Education Specialist to join our team at Communities United, Inc. in Woburn. As an essential member of our preschool classroom, you will play a vital role in providing developmentally appropriate learning experiences for young children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with center team members to ensure comprehensive services for each child and family in all areas, including health, nutrition, mental health, social service, community engagement, and family support.
  • Responsible for assisting in the provision of a positive and engaging preschool classroom environment, focusing on child assessment, curriculum development, and interactive activities.
Requirements
  • A minimum of an Associate's degree is required, with a Bachelor's degree being preferred.
  • Meet MA EEC Teacher qualifications.
Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $15-$18 per hour, depending on level of education. In addition to your hourly wage, you can expect a range of benefits, including:
