About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at Sono Bello in Woburn, Massachusetts. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced LPN/LVN to work in a fast-paced cosmetic surgery center.

As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working closely with our medical team to ensure seamless procedures, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in pre-operative and post-operative visits, ensuring patients receive excellent care throughout their journey.
  • Work collaboratively with RNs to prepare instruments, equipment, and operating rooms, guaranteeing a smooth surgical experience.
  • Chart and document patient information, progress notes, and surgery notes, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Provide support to physicians during procedures as needed, demonstrating exceptional clinical judgment and expertise.
  • Clean and sterilize operating rooms and instruments, adhering to strict infection control protocols.
Requirements
  • Must hold a valid and current State LVN/LPN License.
  • Must be ACLS certified within 90 days of hire and maintained annually.
  • Demonstrate sound clinical judgment regarding wound assessment, infection signs, bleeding, and proper healing.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret instructions and write clear reports.
