Early Childhood Education Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Education Specialist to join our team at Communities United, Inc. in Woburn, Massachusetts.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position that requires approximately 35-40 hours of work per week. As an Early Childhood Education Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting the team in providing a developmentally appropriate toddler classroom environment, including positive child interaction, curriculum development, and child assessment. You will also work closely with the center team to ensure comprehensive services for each child and family in all areas, including health, nutrition, mental health, social services, community engagement, and family support.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A minimum of an Associate's degree
- Meet MA EEC teacher qualifications
The estimated salary for this position is between $16.50 and $18.00 per hour, depending on level of education. We offer excellent benefits, including:
