Job Overview

We are seeking an Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Launch & Learn EduCare Center. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to children ages six weeks to kindergarten age.


About Us

Launch & Learn is a locally owned early childhood education and care company with two centers in the Greater Boston area. We pride ourselves on creating a supportive and collaborative environment where our teachers can thrive and grow professionally.


Responsibilities

As an Early Education Teacher, your primary responsibility will be to design and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum for our students. You will work closely with your teammates to create engaging and interactive lessons that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our children.


Requirements
  • Must possess a genuine passion for early education and a commitment to creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
  • Must have a minimum of three years of classroom experience and hold an EEC Teacher Certificate (or be willing to obtain one).
