Position Summary
The Deco Order Management Administrator plays a crucial role within the Deco Management Team. This position is essential for maintaining accurate information and facilitating process enhancements that are vital for our departmental operations. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational abilities, extensive knowledge of operational procedures, and a thorough approach to tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Promote collaboration among team members to achieve objectives efficiently, utilizing each individual's strengths and insights. Generate reports through various platforms and analyze data effectively. Provide regular reports as needed on a daily, weekly, monthly, or periodic basis. Recognize and report trends in data analysis. Assist in managing current orders and credits. Ensure that discrepancies are communicated and addressed by the appropriate team. Build strong relationships with colleagues while also being able to work independently. Offer constructive feedback for process enhancements. Participate in process improvement initiatives, including testing and evaluation. Relay important information to management and team leaders. Ensure that business objectives, deadlines, and performance metrics are consistently met.Required Qualifications
Educational Background
High School diploma or GED is required; a college degree is preferred.
At least 2 years of experience in Order Management or equivalent skills. Proficient in English, both written and verbal, with strong customer service capabilities. High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with Tableau is an advantage. Results-oriented, thriving in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. A proactive and positive approach to task completion. Strong technical aptitude to effectively use various software applications and platforms. Creative problem-solving skills and empathy towards customers and colleagues. Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical abilities. Ability to manage time effectively and work autonomously with minimal supervision. Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams. Work Environment
This position operates in a remote/hybrid professional office setting. No travel is anticipated.
