We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Campus Administrative Associate to join our team at the Professional Staffing Group. As a key member of our campus community, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of campus activities.

As a Campus Administrative Associate, you will be responsible for undertaking a diverse range of administrative tasks, collaborating with various departments to schedule and coordinate events, meetings, and essential campus functions. You will also deliver exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming environment for students, faculty, and visitors alike.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Undertaking a diverse range of administrative tasks to support the operation of campus activities
  • Collaborating with various departments to schedule and coordinate events, meetings, and essential campus functions
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to students, faculty, and visitors
  • Maintaining organized records and files to ensure efficient retrieval of crucial information
  • Working closely with campus staff to enhance overall administrative efficiency and support the thriving campus community

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 1 year of proven experience in administrative roles, proficiency in office software and technology solutions, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
