Job Summary

Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled Safety Professional to join our team as a Safety Trainer. This role will be responsible for providing initial safety and OSHA training to new hires as part of our onboarding process. The successful candidate will also travel to various locations to deliver this training to different offices, ensuring compliance with safety procedures and protocols.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Risk Management Specialist to leverage their expertise in occupational health and safety to make a meaningful impact at Insight Global. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) construction and possess knowledge of safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive safety training programs for new hires
  • Travel to various locations to provide training and ensure compliance with safety protocols
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate safety risks
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in occupational health and safety

Requirements

  • MEP construction experience
  • Ability to obtain OSHA 500 certification
  • Prior safety training knowledge

Preferred Qualifications

  • OSHA 500 certification
  • Prior experience as a Safety Manager or Supervisor
