Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring that all materials are readily available for servers.
  • Have a thorough knowledge of table settings and be able to set tables according to Troon Golf standards.
  • Organize and prepare food and beverage items for delivery to tables.
  • Clear and reset tables after guests have finished dining, including changing tablecloths, brushing chairs, and replacing silverware and glassware.
  • Assist servers as needed and maintain a positive and professional attitude.
  • Clean and maintain workstations, take out trash, and vacuum the dining room.
  • Adhere to safe work practices and perform other duties as required.
Requirements
  • One month of related experience or training.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good energy and motivation, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
  • Professionalism, cleanliness, and neatness are essential.
  • Regular and reliable attendance is required.
