Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Residence Inn Cleveland Beachwood. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and restocking supplies.
  • Change linens, make beds, and ensure all guest room amenities are in working order.
  • Report any maintenance issues or concerns to the maintenance team.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless operations and high-quality guest experiences.
Requirements
  • Previous cleaning or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Basic verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays.
