Nursing - RN Day/Evening Shift

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Medical Intermediate Care (IMC) unit at Northeast Georgia Health System. As a member of our team, you will provide exceptional care to a variety of intermediate care medical patients, including those requiring advanced respiratory support and endocrine emergencies.
Responsibilities:- Deliver safe, effective, and efficient care to patients with complex medical needs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to facilitate smooth transitions across the continuum
- Lead rounds to ensure appropriateness of care and make decisions to improve patient outcomes
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues at all levels
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction
- Current RN licensure in Georgia
- Associate's Degree, ADN, or Diploma in Nursing
- At least 1 year of RN experience, with demonstrated competence in RN I performance expectations
- Preferred: BSN, experience in Medical Intermediate Care, and de-escalation training certification
