Nurse - RN Day/Evening Shift

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Northeast Georgia Health System. As a Clinical RN, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to achieve exceptional outcomes.
Job SummaryThis is a dynamic and challenging role that requires a strong foundation in nursing principles and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. As a Clinical RN, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and providing direct care to patients and families.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and education to patients and families
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety initiatives
- Develop and maintain a safe and supportive work environment
- Current RN licensure in the state of Georgia
- Associate's degree in nursing or diploma in nursing
- 0-1 year of RN experience
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records
- National certification in clinical specialty
- BSN degree
- 1-2 years of RN experience
