Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Neuro Intermediate Care Unit (IMC) team. As a RN on our unit, you will provide high-quality patient care to a variety of complex patients, including those with neurological disorders such as stroke, Guillain-Barre Syndrome, and ALS.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct and safe patient care based on the nursing process
  • Coordinate care for assigned patients on a shift to promote clinical outcomes
  • Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and contribute to a healthy work environment
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care that take into consideration the unique needs of each patient
  • Document patient and unit records according to written health system standards of care
Requirements
  • Licensed to practice as an RN in Georgia
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Diploma required
  • Minimum 0-1 year of RN experience or successful completion of new grad orientation or RN refresher course for acute care nurses
Preferred Qualifications
  • National certification in clinical specialty as eligible
  • BSN degree
