Nurse - RN Day/Evening Shift

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Services team at Northeast Georgia Health System. As a Clinical RN, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our team.
Job SummaryThe Emergency Department is a Level 1 Trauma Center, and we are committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. As a Clinical RN, you will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to provide care for a variety of complex patients. Your expertise and passion for nursing will make a significant impact on our patients' lives.
Responsibilities- Provide direct and safe patient care based on the nursing process
- Coordinate care for assigned patients on a shift to promote clinical outcomes
- Work collaboratively with the care team to recruit and retain an excellent nursing care team
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- Licensed to practice as an RN in Georgia
- Associate's Degree, ADN, or Diploma required
- At least 1 year of RN experience - Demonstrated competence in RN I performance expectations or meets experience requirements upon hire
- BSN
- Previous specialty experience preferred
