Role Summary
Reporting directly to the Chief Programs Officer, the Vice President of Research, Evaluation & Quality Improvement will spearhead the formulation of a comprehensive research strategy that aligns with our organizational goals. This role is pivotal in designing methodologies that showcase program effectiveness, facilitating data-informed decision-making, and establishing a robust evidence framework for violence prevention initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Define evaluation priorities and develop outcome metrics.
- Establish research agendas and implement quality improvement strategies.
- Collaborate with both internal teams and external partners to drive impact evaluation and research initiatives.
Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience in research and leadership roles.
- Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
- Proficient in various research methodologies.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities in managing teams.
- Strong proficiency in computer applications.
