Job Summary

We are seeking a Vice President of Product to lead our product delivery function. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for transforming our company and product vision into a multi-year roadmap, delivering on this roadmap, measuring results, and iterating rapidly to drive product improvements via innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bring product vision to life, ensuring every product launch results in value creation.
  • Launch products holistically, including documentation, marketing, clear value proposition, sales materials, training, analytics, instrumentation, pricing, and ROI expectation.
  • Drive product quality, using data and analytics to ascertain customer behavior and product performance.
  • Own product roadmaps, maximizing the utilization of our engineering teams and creating agility and predictability in driving revenue-producing roadmaps.
  • Partner with engineering and security to ensure technology evolves with capabilities and with strategy to re-align roadmaps based on market realities, data, and customer feedback.
  • Build a team of top-notch product managers, mentor and grow them, establish a culture of constant data-driven improvement, and foster a continuous learning product culture.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a technology area.
  • 10+ years of experience in healthcare, specifically in payer claims systems and products.
  • 10+ years of product development experience in agile environments, with a majority of years delivering multiple digital products from inception to go live.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong technology background working with technical teams delivering backend solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience improving products through multiple evolutions of capabilities.
  • Understanding of how to operate in a truly agile manner, including capacity planning, sprints, point estimation, backlog grooming, and velocity improvements.
  • Increased responsibilities throughout career in product ownership, including leading teams, building products, and managing dependencies.
  • Prioritization and results in product success, with a strong sense of curiosity and innovation.
  • Collaboration, clear communication, and presentation skills.
Compensation

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $206,309.586.82. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including relevant experience, education, and work location.
