The Senior IT Project Manager will be part of the Data Engineering organization in the Hispanic Technology Executive Council, working closely with key stakeholders to drive end-to-end governance and reporting.

They will partner with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent, insightful, and clear communications to regulators, and effectively partner with subject matter experts to promote a more integrated approach to regulatory relations.

The Senior IT Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring close governance and tracking across the full Data Engineering Book of Work, organizing and running meetings that represent the Data Engineering Book of Work, and recording meeting summaries and follow-up actions for distribution to relevant stakeholders.

They will also identify potential risk issues that need escalation and escalate them promptly, support the development of appropriate and diligent responses and remediation plans when regulatory issues and concerns are identified, and ensure key results are well defined and clearly communicated with relevant stakeholders.

The Senior IT Project Manager will develop and support performance measurement and management, ranging from strategic franchise development scorecards to project/function-specific metrics, and enforce a culture of software development lifecycle (SDLC) best practices across the technology group.

They will also utilize proficient Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills to provide effective reporting and documentation, including dashboards and scorecards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end governance and reporting in the Data Engineering organization

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in strategy development and execution
  • Strong experience and understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including agile project work
  • Clear understanding of the drivers of performance and decision-making to maximize results
  • Strategic thinker with proven ability to operationalize strategy
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Robust problem-solving skills
  • Project Management certification a plus

Education:

Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
