At Metronet, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bulk MDU Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for selling and managing bulk MDU efforts to maximize sales revenue and meet corporate objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead Commercial Customer Growth: Execute strategies and tactics to improve and secure commercial customer growth in privately owned multi-dwelling properties/communities.
  • Build and Maintain Sales Approach: Conduct in-depth research and analysis of territories to identify and market to Bulk MDU's that are currently served by competitors.
  • Secure Easement Agreements: Work with developers and builders to secure easement agreements.
  • Manage Service Launch/Renewal: Manage the launch or renewal of internet, Wi-Fi, and telephony at properties.
  • Acquire Bulk Service Agreements: Acquire bulk service agreements as applicable.
  • Establish Partnerships: Establish partnerships and coordinate efforts with other internal organizations to ensure maximum effectiveness of the sales organization.
  • Develop Annual Budget: Assist in the development of the annual budget and oversee the analysis of revenue projections.
  • Manage Outreach Initiatives: Manage outreach initiatives, including presentations, meetings, and social activities with builders, developers, and the general community.
  • Develop Sales Strategies: Develop, plan, and coordinate seminars, sales incentive plans, and other strategies to achieve business unit objectives.
  • Exercise Independent Judgment: Consistently exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Qualifications:
  • Education: 4-year college degree in business or related experience in multifamily housing.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in drafting and negotiating proposals and contracts for the residential property management or real estate development industries.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Working knowledge and experience with Access Laws, rules, and FCC requirements (Inside Wiring Rules) required. Experience with Microsoft Office applications, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required.
  • C-Suite Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Negotiation Skills: Ability to initiate and bring closure to negotiations at an executive level is essential.
  • Organizational and Project Management Skills: Must have good organizational and project management skills, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Communication Skills: Must feel comfortable communicating with all levels of company employees, vendors/service providers, customers, and prospective customers.
  • Professional Demeanor: Must have poise and ability to maintain a professional demeanor in stressful situations.
