Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Impact Wealth Management. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our financial advisory practice by providing exceptional administrative support to our clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Support: Provide exceptional client service by responding to client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies by maintaining accurate records and adhering to strict procedures.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and external partners to ensure seamless execution of tasks and projects.
  • Time Management: Prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines to ensure efficient and effective use of time.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree and/or 1 or more years of experience in a financial industry setting.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, strong verbal and written communication skills, and ability to work independently.
  • Experience: Similar experience of 2 years or more in a financial services setting.
