Job Summary


John Adams Academy is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our administration, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our school site, supervising various operations-related team leads and team members, and collaborating with administration to ensure the smooth functioning of our campus.


Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage operations-related team leads and team members, including facilities, safety, business technician, athletics, IT, registrar, and front desk staff.
  • Collaborate with administration to develop and implement operational strategies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
  • Manage and coordinate construction, maintenance, and repairs of school facilities.
  • Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures.
  • Manage and coordinate logistics and operations for events and activities.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to students, parents, and staff.


Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, operations management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in operations management or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
