Your role as a Surveillance Operations Coordinator will involve monitoring rental facilities and other operational areas using video technology while liaising with local authorities to safeguard company property and assets.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee video surveillance throughout your shift
  • Communicate effectively with local authorities and team members in the event of security incidents
  • Maintain detailed logs and spreadsheets for management review
  • Provide backup support to the Customer Experience team
  • Demonstrate excellent decision-making skills while monitoring various locations
  • Maintain professionalism in interactions with internal and external customers
