Casino Reservations and Guest Services Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Casino Reservations and Guest Services Coordinator to join our team at Caesars Entertainment. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for managing reservations, responding to guest inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for all customers.

About the Role:
  • Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage reservations: Book, modify, and cancel room, suite, golf, show, limo, air, and restaurant reservations as needed.
  2. Respond to guest inquiries: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  3. Maintain accurate records: Keep track of guest information, reservation details, and other relevant data.
  4. Work effectively in a team: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve department goals, provide support when needed, and contribute to a positive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1-year customer service or sales experience.
  • Abilities: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic computer knowledge.
